Originally this building was designed to be a private 'boat house' for a small marina. It has a  lounge area with a small bar & an adjoining private air conditioned meeting room (currently used as a bedroom). The club house is equipped with separate men & women's bathrooms/showers, a full kitchen, laundry & utility room. Dock boxes provide secure storage for boat gear.

It could be re-configured for many uses, to include guest housing, property manager housing or the original plan, as a boat house.  1245 sq ft
